2. Our pieces
Each garment is thoughtfully designed and handmade.
Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These are not imperfections, but part of the uniqueness and character of each piece.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices may evolve over time, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional cases, such as:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
If this happens, you will be informed and refunded accordingly.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through secure systems integrated into the website.
We do not store your payment details.
6. Shipping
Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and shipped within Spain with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days.
Shipping costs are clearly indicated at checkout.

7. Returns & Exchanges
You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags.
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
We are also not responsible for issues arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
